Defence Infrastructure Projects
As veterans, our experience includes delivering front line infrastructure, chairing multilateral teams of experts within NATO and Army HQ procurement.
Development Feasibility Reports
The Strategic Defence Review announced the requirement for six new ammunition manufacturing facilities in the UK.
Emerald Tide was appointed to conduct civil, structural and infrastructure feasibility studies of multiple sites to support the site selection process.
The brownfield sites contained a range of existing buildings which would require demolition, utilities of varying integrity, historic coal mining activity and varying levels of contamination.
We provided the client a feasibility report, which considered the risks, development approaches, utility capacities and next steps of design work.
Before launching Emerald Tide, James led engineering programmes for the British Army, NATO, and allied organisations. These roles involved managing diverse teams, coordinating international stakeholders, and delivering projects under intense time and operational pressures. Today, Emerald Tide applies the same principles of clarity, trust, and disciplined delivery to civilian and defence-sector clients worldwide
